A little
about me.

I'm Alfred, an interior designer based in Singapore with a background in architecture.

I've always believed that good design begins with understanding how people live. Beyond aesthetics, a home should feel intuitive, comfortable and thoughtfully planned around the people who use it every day.

My approach combines architectural thinking with an appreciation for materials, proportions and the smaller details that bring a space together.

I enjoy creating interiors that feel calm and considered, while allowing each homeowner's personality and lifestyle to shape the final design. For me, it's not about following a particular style. It's about creating a home that feels right for you.

My approach to interiors is shaped by an architectural foundation, technical experience and years of working closely with homeowners.

01 / FOUNDATION

Ngee Ann Polytechnic

Diploma in Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering (Architecture) · 2016–2018

Where I built my foundation in spatial planning, technical drawing and understanding how spaces come together.

02 / ARCHITECTURE

URBNarc

Assistant Architectural Drafter · During and after polytechnic

I worked on detailed drawings and renderings for large-scale architectural projects. This strengthened my software skills, planning and attention to detail — and helped me discover that my real interest was in the spaces people experience within buildings.

03 / INTERIOR DESIGN

Livspace

Lead Designer · 2022–2024

I brought my architectural background into residential interior design, learning to translate homeowners' ideas into thoughtful layouts, practical solutions and considered details.

04 / TODAY

Omni Design

Lead Designer · 2024–Present

I continue to explore different materials, layouts and design possibilities for each home. My priority is to help homeowners understand their options and balance practicality, aesthetics and budget with confidence.
